অনলাইন ডেলিভারির শর্তাবলিঃ
ডেলিভারি চার্জঃ
ঢাকার ভিতরে ফ্ল্যাট রেটঃ ৮০ টাকা
ঢাকার বাহিরে ফ্ল্যাট রেটঃ ১৫০ টাকা (কুরিয়ার এবং প্রোডাক্ট অনুযায়ী পরিবর্তিত হবে)
ঢাকার ভিতর অনলাইন ডেলিভারি এর শর্তাবলী নিম্নরূপঃ
- শুধুমাত্র ঢাকার মধ্যে অনলাইন অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে ‘Cash on Delivery (COD)’ সুবিধা রয়েছে।
- অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার ১-৩ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে পণ্য ডেলিভারি করা হবে।
- কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস চার্জ এবং কন্ডীশনাল পেমেন্ট এর চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।
- ডেলিভারি চার্জ পন্য ও স্থান ভেদে পরিবর্তন যোগ্য। ফ্রি ডেলিভারি সকল পন্যের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য নয়।
- আমাদের ডেলিভারি কুরিয়ার পার্টনারগন তাদের নিজ নিজ শর্তাবলী সংরক্ষন করেন।
ঢাকার বাইরে অনলাইন ডেলিভারি এর শর্তাবলী নিম্নরূপঃ
- ঢাকার বাইরের অনলাইন অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি করা হবে।
- বর্তমানে অনলাইন অর্ডারে ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে সময় ১ থেকে ৩ দিন অথবা তারও বেশি সময় লাগতে পারে।
- কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারকৃত পণ্যের মূল্যের সম্পূর্ণ অথবা আংশিক মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং ট্রান্সফার অথবা অনলাইন পেমেন্ট এর মাধ্যমে এডভান্স পেমেন্ট করে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করতে হবে।
- কুরিয়ার ডেলিভারি চার্জ এবং কন্ডীশনাল পেমেন্ট এর চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।
- প্রোডাক্ট পৌঁছানোর সময় এবং ডেলিভারি চার্জ নির্ভর করবে নির্দিষ্ট কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস ও প্রোডাক্ট এর ভিন্নতার উপর।
- অর্ডারক্রীত পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে ক্রেতার সম্মতিক্রমে পণ্য পরিবর্তন/অর্ডার বাতিল করা হবে।
- নির্দিষ্ট ফ্ল্যাট এ গিয়ে ডেলিভারি সাময়িক বন্ধ রাখা হয়েছে। ক্রেতাকে বিল্ডিং এর মেইন গেট থেকে পণ্য রিসিভ করতে হবে।
- ঢাকার বাইরে বিভাগীয় ও জেলা শহর ব্যতিত সকল উপজেলা পর্যায়ে পন্যের ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি চার্জ সহ ফুল পেমেন্ট বাধ্যতামূলক । ( কারন কিছু কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস জেলা ব্যতিত উপজেলা পর্যায়ে কোনো ধরনের আর্থিক লেনদেন করে না)
- কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসে পরিবহনকালীন পন্যের কোনরূপ ক্ষয়ক্ষতি হলে "খন্দকার এন্টারপ্রাইজ" তার দায়ভার বহন করবে না।
বি:দ্র: যেকোনো পণ্যের অর্ডার অবশ্যই বিকাল ৫.০০টার মধ্যে নিশ্চিত করতে হবে। বিকাল ৫.০০টার পর কোনো পণ্যের অর্ডার পরবর্তী দিনের অর্ডার হিসেবে গণ্য করা হবে।

ডেলিভারির শর্তাবলিঃ
- বর্তমানে আমাদের শুধুমাত্র ঢাকা সিটির ভিতর
এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি সার্ভিস চালু আছে।
- এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারির জন্য
কল করে অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
- এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে
প্রোডাক্ট প্রাইস ও ডেলিভারি চার্জ অগ্রিম প্রধান করতে হবে।
- ডেলিভারি চার্জ পণ্যের আকার এবং ওজনের উপর নির্ভর করবে। অর্ডার কনফার্ম করার সময় আমাদের এজেন্ট ডেলিভারি সম্পর্কিত বিস্তারিত তথ্য প্রদান করবেন।
- এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি উক্ত দিন দুপুর ২টার আগে কনফার্ম করলে সেই দিনেই ডেলিভারি করে দেয়া হবে।
- নির্দিষ্ট দিনে দুপুর ২ টার পর এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি কনফার্ম করলে তা পরবর্তী দিন ডেলিভারি দেয়া হবে।
- এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারিতে কোন প্রকার ফ্রি ডেলিভারি অফার প্রযোজ্য নয়।
খন্দকার এন্টারপ্রাইজের ওয়েবসাইট থেকে অর্ডার করে ক্রেতা তার পণ্যটি খন্দকার এন্টারপ্রাইজের শপ থেকে সংগ্রহ করতে পারবে।
- স্টোর পিক-আপ নিশ্চিত
করতে পণ্যের আংশিক/সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট (প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে) এডভান্স প্রধান করতে
হবে।
- এডভান্স পেমেন্ট করে পণ্য
বুক না করলে যেকোনো সময় পণ্যের স্টক/মূল্য পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। এক্ষেত্রে ক্রেতাকে
পরিবর্তিত মূল্যে পণ্য ক্রয় করতে হবে।
- অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার পর
৩ দিনের মধ্যে ক্রেতাকে শপ থেকে পণ্য রিসিভ করতে হবে।
- কনফার্মেশনের ৩ দিন এবং
পেমেন্ট করে বুক করা অর্ডার এর পণ্য ৩ দিনের মধ্যে ক্রেতা রিসিভ না করলে অর্ডার
স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে কেন্সেল হয়ে যাবে। এক্ষেত্রে পেমেন্ট রিফান্ড হলে ক্রেতাকে রিফান্ড
চার্জ প্রদান করতে হবে।
বি:দ্র: আমরা এই ডেলিভারি নীতি পরিবর্তন বা আপডেট করার অধিকার সংরক্ষিত
রাখি। যে কোন সময় পূর্ব বিজ্ঞপ্তি ছাড়াই যেকোনো পরিবর্তন আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে পোস্ট
করার সাথে সাথে কার্যকর হবে।

Online Delivery Terms
Delivery Charge
Flat Rate Inside Dhaka: 80 BDT
Flat Rate Outside Dhaka: 150 BDT (Price may vary depending on Product & Courier service)
The terms and conditions of online delivery within Dhaka City are as follows:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) facility is available for online orders within Dhaka City only
- Products will be delivered within 1-3 working days of order confirmation
- Delivery charges/Courier charges are applicable for online delivery
- Delivery charges are subject to change depending on the product and location
- Free delivery does not apply to all products
- Our delivery courier partners maintain their terms and conditions
The terms and conditions of online delivery outside Dhaka are as follows:
- Online orders outside Dhaka will be delivered through a courier service
- Currently, online orders may take 1 to 3 days or more for delivery
- The order must be confirmed by paying the full or partial price of the product delivered by courier in advance through MFS, bank transfer, or online payment
- Customers will pay the Courier service charges and the condition payment charges
- Product arrival time and delivery charges will depend on specific courier services and product variations.
- If the product ordered is not in stock, the product will be changed or the order canceled with the consent of the customer
- Delivery to certain flats has been temporarily stopped. The customer has to receive the goods from the main gate of the building
- Full payment, including delivery charges, is mandatory for the delivery of products at all upazila levels outside Dhaka except divisional and district cities. (Because some courier services will not do any kind of financial transaction at the upazila level, except the district)
- "Khondokar Enterprise" shall not be responsible for any damage to the product during transit by courier service
Note: Any product order must be confirmed by 5.00 PM. Any product order placed after 5.00 pm will be treated as a next-day order.
Express Delivery Terms:
- Presently, we have express delivery service only within Dhaka City
- For express delivery, call to confirm the order
- In the case of express delivery, the product price and delivery charges must be paid in advance
- Delivery charges will depend on the size and weight of the product. Our agent will provide delivery details while confirming the order
- Express delivery will be delivered on the same day if confirmed before 2 PM on that day
- If express delivery is confirmed after 2 pm on the specified day, it will be delivered the next day
- No free delivery offer is applicable on express delivery
The Customer can collect the product from the Khondokar Enterprise shop.
- Partial/full payment of the product (where applicable) must be made in advance to ensure store pick-up.
- Product stock/price may change at any time unless an advance payment is booked. In this case, the customer has to purchase the product at the updated price.
- The customer must receive the product from the shop within 3 days after order confirmation.
- If the customer does not receive the product within 3 days of confirmation and 3 days of payment, the order will be automatically canceled. In this case, if the payment is refunded, the customer will have to pay the refund charge.
Modifications to Policy:
We reserve the right to modify or update this Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

কুরিয়ারের মাধ্যমে পণ্য কিনলে আনবক্সিং ভিডিও অবশ্যই খন্দকার এন্টারপ্রাইজ এর নিজস্ব বক্স/স্টিকার খোলা থেকে শুরু করতে হবে, এবং প্রোডাক্ট সঠিকভাবে কাজ করে কিনা তা বুঝার সুবিধার্থে আনবক্সিং থেকে কানেকশন পর্যন্ত ভিডিও করার জন্য অনুরোধ করা যাচ্ছে। যেন কোনো ত্রুটি দেখা দিলে ভবিষ্যতে প্রমাণ হিসাবে উপস্থাপন করা যায়।
